ProAll to Introduce L20R Lightweight Concrete Mixer at World of Concrete 2026

Designed to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry, the L20R delivers a practical solution for small- to mid-sized concrete producers and contractors — and eliminates the requirement for a commercial driver’s license (CDL), subject to local weight regulations.
Solving the CDL Operator Shortage
One of the construction industry’s most pressing workforce challenges is the shortage of CDL-qualified operators. The L20R was purpose-built to address it. With a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) under 25,950 lbs, the mixer can be transported using a standard pickup truck — no CDL required — while still delivering professional-grade concrete output that meets Volumetric Mixer Manufacturers Bureau (VMMB) standards.

L20R Features and Capabilities
The L20R lightweight volumetric mixer was engineered for accessibility without sacrificing performance. Key features include:

Standard equipment includes a 100-gallon water tank, aggregate and cement bin vibrators, manual mesh tarp, swivel chute, and aluminum chute. Optional features such as admixture dosing and environmental capture bags are also available.
The L20R will be offered with multiple chassis configurations, including both ProAll-supplied and customer-supplied options.
