What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Orders: Pick parts, track backorders, and keep inventory up to date.
  • Organize Inventory: Put parts away correctly, stage items for delivery, and replenish stock.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Double-check orders and load delivery vehicles with care.
  • Use Tools Safely: Eventually, operate forklifts and handling equipment.
  • Track & Record: Maintain accurate records and update supervisors.
  • Daily Safety: Conduct safety checks and follow all safety rules.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for mechanical troubleshooting, equipment training, and providing dependable support to our customers. Whether it’s diagnosing mechanical issues, coordinating warranty repairs, or developing step-by-step maintenance guides, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ operations running at peak performance.

What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer support through email, phone, and system software
  • Register all call occurrences with detail in applicable software
  • Troubleshoot customer issues by helping to identify which part(s) are necessary and working with Parts Sales to see it through correctly
  • Investigate and help resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system problems and involve team experts when necessary
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure timely resolution of technical support calls
  • Assist in creating occasional custom how-to guides and videos
  • ProAll website assistance
  • Creating, monitoring, tracking, and closing out all warranty RMA issues within Syspro
  • Assist with warranty claims by gathering, packing, and shipping parts
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Gather and document failure information pertaining to equipment, service, and safety concerns
  • Coordinate calibration & training engagement scheduling as well as invoicing when/where required
  • Provide technical reports regarding repetitive warranty issues and customer feedback
  • Process necessary paperwork such as RMA, sales orders, pick tickets, etc.
  • Work closely with engineering to address knowledge deficiencies
  • Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, integrity, ethics and practices while interacting with customers, peers, supervisors, and other key stakeholders of ProAll
  • Uphold and adhere to ProAll and manufacturing industry quality standards.
  • Participate and maintain a safe and positive team environment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned.
