This International Women’s Day, the ProAll team gathered to honor and celebrate the incredible women who strengthen our workplace every single day.
Recognition & Connection
The celebration kicked off with personal introductions, creating a moment for everyone to connect faces with names and acknowledge the women who make a difference at ProAll. This simple yet meaningful start set the tone for a day focused on recognition and appreciation.
Fun & Friendly Competition
The energy ramped up with our “How Well Do You Know the Women of ProAll?” trivia challenge—a lighthearted activity that brought the team together. Drawing from both role-specific knowledge and the inspiring feature posters displayed in our lunchroom, the trivia tested how well colleagues really know each other. Collaboration was encouraged, friendly competition flourished, and the top five scorers were rewarded with prizes for their efforts.
Thoughtful Gestures
The Better Place to Work Committee added special touches throughout the day:
- Roses for everyone to take home—whether to celebrate themselves or the important women in their lives
- Thank You cards and collection boxes set up in the lunchrooms, inviting team members to share messages of appreciation
- Cards will remain available throughout the month before being delivered to their recipients

The day concluded with group photos capturing the spirit of the celebration, followed by a shared lunch where the ProAll community came together.
