What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA designation preferred or in progress
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and enterprise resource planning systems
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure operational accuracy
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly site reports, including key operational summaries and variance explanations against budgets, forecasts, and prior year results
  • Monitor and communicate department spending to management
  • Support manufacturing spending analysis and efficiency tracking
  • Prepare and assist with forecasts, budgets, and full balance sheet projections
  • Manage data input and reporting for weekly scorecards, working capital updates, and cost tracking
  • Analyze sales and margin variances for machines, parts, and services
  • Review and report operational metrics such as efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover
  • Participate in sales and operations planning and machine scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate with management on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, perform regular testing, and maintain related reporting
  • Conduct quarterly excess and obsolete inventory analysis and support inventory level management
  • Assist with annual standard cost updates and monthly purchase price variance analysis and reconciliation
  • Support new product development with costing analysis
  • Oversee cycle counts and inventory level reviews with relevant departments
  • Update and analyze costs by model for budgeting and cost standard updates
  • Provide direct support to Controller and Finance Director on projects and ad hoc reporting

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing items in ProAll while assisting the global ProAll dealers with marketing requests to ensure brand consistency. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing the promotion and positioning of our brand, products and services.

  • Lead content creation for diverse audiences, including product marketing, customer support, internal communications, and HR initiatives.
  • Create compelling campaigns that support product launches, training initiatives and service programs.
  • Craft and edit copy for digital and print media, including web, email, video scripts, and internal documents.
  • Collaborate with global dealers and other Terex Brands to align marketing efforts and provide tools for regional growth.
  • Provide sales and marketing training resources for distributors and help build and strengthen dealer networks.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (social, email, web, print).
  • Manage the company website through WordPress and expand its global digital reach, including UX improvements, SEO (on-page), and analytics monitoring.
  • Drive lead generation and engagement through paid media, organic content, webinars, and events.
  • Utilize advanced graphic design skills to support marketing materials across formats (print, web, video, internal).
  • Manage visual content development including photography, video production coordination, and brand asset management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across departments including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment.
  • Manage legal approvals for brand and trademark use, as well as association partnerships and sponsorships.

What We are Looking For:

  • Mechanical/Electrical Technologist or Technician (C.E.T. or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of relevant technologist/technician experience
  • Proficient with MS Office; experience with Syspro is an asset

What You Will Do:

  • Provide customer support via email, phone, and system software
  • Accurately log all support calls in applicable software
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify required parts; coordinate with Parts Sales
  • Help resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely technical support resolutions
  • Create occasional custom how-to guides and instructional videos
  • Assist with ProAll website-related inquiries
  • Manage warranty RMA processes in Syspro (create, track, monitor, close)
  • Support warranty claims by organizing and shipping parts
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Document equipment failures, service, and safety concerns
  • Coordinate calibration and training schedules; assist with invoicing
  • Provide technical reports on recurring warranty issues and customer feedback
  • Process paperwork including RMA forms, sales orders, and pick tickets
  • Liaise with engineering to close knowledge gaps
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong customer interaction ethics

ProAll International Manufacturing Inc. requires a Regional Sales Manager in order to expand the Terex brand of products, specifically CBI and Ecotec products, which include wood processing, biomass and recycling equipment such as grinders, shredders, chippers, flail debarkers, and attachments for composting, forestry, biomass recovery, wood-waste processing, as well as recycling screens, waste handlers, metal separators, and conveyors.

While ProAll International Manufacturing Inc. is the employing entity, as we are part of a global company the Regional Sales Manager will be expected to work in support of Terex’s global brand. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, operations, forecasts and business plans, in order to expand our products. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships and accountability with current dealers, identifying new potential dealers, and building a first-class network of high performing dealer partners. The incumbent will be authorized to work remotely and will be expected to travel frequently to locations across Canada in order to facilitate and arrange sales and perform machine demonstrations and set-ups with distributors. The Regional Sales Manager may also be required to travel to the United States from time-to-time to meet with customers and dealers located in northern states close to the Canada/US border.

The specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading the expansion and development of a dealer network for Ecotec and CBI in the recycling and environmental processing industries.
  • Performing machine demonstrations and product set-ups with our distributors.
  • Providing dealers and customers with thorough technical and application knowledge in order to secure end customer sales and assist in developing high quality dealer sales.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate machines and products.
  • Visiting key end users in the region to facilitate sales, negotiate contracts and arrange direct sales.
  • Establishing dealer sales targets and providing sales forecasts to the business, in line with budgets and forecasts.
  • Developing annual business plans in conjunction with the dealers in the region, providing feedback on progress and working with them on improving their sales performance in the recycling and environmental processing industries.
  • Developing an effective distribution and territory management plan, identifying opportunities for growth and establishment of the Terex Environmental products as a dominant player.
  • Providing regional and product insights which support the development and launch of new products suitable for the markets in the region.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing sales & marketing initiatives for the region.
  • Maintaining and reporting on competitive activities, products, and innovations.
  • All duties and responsibilities will be performed in English.

Requirements of the position include:

  • Minimum of 5-years of work experience in technical sales in the recycling equipment industry.
  • Minimum of 4-years of experience managing Dealer accounts within the capital equipment market business, including a track record of building first class Dealer networks, securing new customers, driving both volume and margin.
  • Educational background in Technical/Mechanical or Business Management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive hyper growth.
  • Technical sales management experience, with a track record of selling value rather than cost.
  • Extensive technical, sales, and applications knowledge of material handling products.
  • Sophisticated understanding of the recycling and environmental processing industries markets, including pricing policies, and relationship management with dealers, distributors and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply solutions to complex challenges of material processing.
  • Experience performing machine demonstrations and set-ups with distributors.
  • Substantial practical experience in the fields of and technologies associated with waste processing, metal separators, conveyors, material size reduction, mechanical separation, density separation and sizing and compaction.
  • Professional level practical knowledge of the principles and practices involved in new business development, product marketing and sales.
  • Strong proficiency in market analysis and research, and ability to use insights to drive informed decision-making, and prepare business plans and sales forecasts.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to understand dynamics of managing a distribution business, and the ability to support a dealer with excellent financial decisions.
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed, estimated up to 80%.
  • Valid driver’s license is required, as extensive travel is associated with the position.

This is a permanent full-time position (40-hours per week). The Regional Sales Manager is also eligible for commission and an annual performance increase. The Regional Sales Manager will have access to a Company Vehicle and all travel expenses will be covered by the company.
