As a Regional Sales Manager for ProAll, you will be responsible for increasing sales, market share, brand awareness, and industry awareness throughout their assigned territory. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building customer relationships for the ProAll Brand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience is an asset – willing to train the right person
  • Ability to travel to the USA with a valid passport
  • Experience in the construction industry, construction processes and construction materials is preferred
  • Concrete experience is an asset and preferred – willing to train the right person
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Able to learn or experience with sales software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision

What You’ll Do:

  • Increase sales, market share and brand awareness throughout assigned territory
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to visit existing and prospective customers to evaluate their needs and promote volumetric concrete mixers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to understand what their needs are.
  • Generate leads and build relationships through planning and organizing daily work schedule
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments for calls/site visits, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
  • Work with other ProAll team members and departments to expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns
  • Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing efforts, as well as with other ProAll sales team and departments as required
  • Track all sales activity in the CRM currently being used by ProAll
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services as requested

  • Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in fabricated parts
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on various tools and machines
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
  • Use PPE as required and report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Follow up with supervisor and maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, time spent and products completed, issues encountered

As a Powder Coat Paint Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation and application of powder coating paint to various mechanical parts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand parts list and determine if all parts are present
  • Communicate with the supply chain to order parts and maintain inventory
  • Interpret workorders, drawings and complete all documentation accurately
  • Load and hang parts correctly for maximum capacity
  • Wash parts in wash bay using proper chemicals in full or half face masks
  • Pre-treat, mask and powder coat a variety of parts as required
  • Sand or correct parts as needed
  • Use tools and material appropriately
  • Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up with supervisors to communicate status of equipment being worked on
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
  • Crosstrain in sandblasting bay, providing backup when needed.
  • Operate sandblasting equipment, including air compressors, blast pots, and blasting nozzles
  • Evaluate surfaces to determine the appropriate blasting techniques and materials required for effective powder-coat adhesion
  • Safely handle and maintain abrasive materials such as sand, grit, or shot, ensuring they meet the required specifications
  • Wear proper PPE and ensure safety measures are followed
  • Follow project specifications and guidelines to achieve desired surface profiles and cleanliness levels
  • Clean and maintain sandblasting equipment and tools
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and process purchase orders for inventory, MRO items, services, and equipment.
  • Assist with resolving supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and documentation.
