As a Regional Sales Manager for ProAll, you will be responsible for increasing sales, market share, brand awareness, and industry awareness throughout their assigned territory. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building customer relationships for the ProAll Brand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience is an asset – willing to train the right person
  • Ability to travel to the USA with a valid passport
  • Experience in the construction industry, construction processes and construction materials is preferred
  • Concrete experience is an asset and preferred – willing to train the right person
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Able to learn or experience with sales software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Problem solving skills and strong work ethic

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Increase sales, market share and brand awareness throughout assigned territory
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to visit existing and prospective customers to evaluate their needs and promote volumetric concrete mixers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to understand what their needs are.
  • Generate leads and build relationships through planning and organizing daily work schedule
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments for calls/site visits, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
  • Work with other ProAll team members and departments to expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns
  • Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing efforts, as well as with other ProAll sales team and departments as required
  • Track all sales activity in the CRM currently being used by ProAll
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services as requested

Location: Olds, AB | Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As an Assembly Testing Technician, you will be tasked with ensuring the accurate assembly and optimal functionality of diverse products and components. This pivotal role involves conducting meticulous tests, inspections, and troubleshooting procedures to guarantee that products align with quality standards and meet customer specifications. Collaborating closely with the assembly team, engineering, and quality assurance personnel, you will contribute to maintaining smooth production processes and ensuring product reliability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meticulously study and follow testing and assembly instructions and procedures.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of mixers, with provided training.
  • Verify the presence of all parts according to the parts list.
  • Install/update firmware as required.
  • Collaborate with internal distribution for the return/replacement of deficient, and extra parts to maintain inventory control.
  • Interpret work orders and drawings accurately, completing all documentation meticulously.
  • Position parts and sub-assemblies correctly using provided documents
  • Assemble components, ensuring proper fitment and attachment according to documentation.
  • Use tools and material appropriately
  • Ensure high-quality work is executed efficiently and within specified timeframes.
  • Follow up with supervisors to communicate status of equipment being worked on
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to enhance operations, reduce turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
  • Adhere to all safety policies, maintaining integrity throughout.
  • Identify inconsistencies and support corrective action(s)
  • Organize and maintain inspection and testing documentation and files

What We Are Looking For:

  • Mechanical experience an asset
  • 12/24V electrical experience an asset
  • Hydraulic experience an asset
  • Class 3 with air brakes an asset
  • Able to read schematics and blueprints is an asset
  • Familiar with hand tools, power tools and basic tool use
  • Basic computer skills
  • Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic.
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under limited supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
